TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES

The price is valid only for each reservation, and the applied promotions may not be available for future bookings.

DEPOSIT

• Once the reservation is confirmed, the deposit must be paid within the next 48 hours.
• A minimum payment of 50% of the booking is required to secure the reservation.
• Some of our booking platforms may require full payment for the reservation.
• Please check the cancellation policy below.

PAYMENTS

• The total cost of your accommodation and any agreed extras must be paid before the start of the stay.
• Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

• A security deposit of 100 Euros is required.
• This will be used to cover any damage caused during the stay.

PAYMENT OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT

• The security deposit will be made through a hold on your credit card the day before the start of the stay. The hold will be released within a maximum of 7 days after the end of the stay.
• If payment is made by bank transfer, the security deposit will be due the day before the reservation and refunded upon its completion.

GUEST REGISTRATION

• All guests must provide a valid original photo ID (Passport, National ID, etc.).
• These documents will be scanned and sent to the Civil Guard and the Ministry of the Interior in accordance with current legislation.

CHANGE POLICY

• If you wish to change your dates, please notify us, and we will try to accommodate the request.
• The change will be free of charge, but if the prices for the new dates are higher or lower, the difference will need to be settled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations through our website

All reservations may be canceled by the guest under the following conditions:

• If canceled up to 60 days before the start of the stay, 100% of any payment made will be refunded.
• If canceled up to 30 days before the start of the stay, 95% of any payment made will be refunded.
• If canceled up to 14 days before the start of the stay, 50% of any payment made will be refunded.
• If canceled later than that, no refund will be made.

Certain reservations may have special cancellation policies; please check the conditions when making your reservation.

Reservations through Booking Platforms

The cancellation conditions specific to each platform will apply.

LIABILITY

Guests are responsible for:

• Use of the swimming pool.
• Use of the parking lot.
• Control and supervision of personal belongings and valuables.
• Use of firewood. A basket of firewood will be provided for 2-night stays, and two baskets for a 1-week stay. Any additional firewood will be charged to the guests at a rate of €10 per basket.
